Benny Mathew, a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary by profession, brings with him over 17 years of experience in financial management and secretarial compliance. He has international experience (Middle East) spanning several years. He has a record of success in achieving overall organizational goals through managing entire spectrum of finance, project management, strategic and tactical planning, working capital management, budgetary control, tax planning, risk management, secretarial audit and legal compliances, treasury management, MIS reporting, implementation and review of control systems and ERP implementation. He has thorough exposure to IAS (International Accounting Standards) and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). Apart from being an FCA and ACS, he holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Bachelor’s in Law. |
